7:20 - 7:45 Grandparent pictures with Grandchildren can be taken in the Middle School
Gym using your own device (PS2, PS3, PK4, K & 1st grade grandparents are
priority in this time slot.) High School students will assist you.
7:45 - 8:40 Grandparent reception in the High School Commons area.
7:45 ALL students MUST REPORT TO THEIR CLASSROOM!
8:00 - 8:20 PS2 Program in their classroom and run in Eagles Nest/Playground
By 8:45 All visitors should be in the High School Gym &SEATED for the program.
8:45 - 9:30 Grandparents’ Program in the High School Gym. All elementary
students will be participating in this program.
9:30 - 9:40 PS3, PK4, K & 1st grade go to track IMMEDIATELY following program.
After 9:30, pictures will continue in the Middle School Gym, prior to the specific grades’ run time.
9:45 - 10:15 PS3, PK4, K, and 1st grades sprint on track
9:45 - 10:15 Pictures for 2nd, 3rd, & 4th grades with Grandparents
10:30 - 11:00 2nd, 3rd & 4th grades sprint on track
10:30 - 11:00 Pictures for 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th grades with Grandparents
11:15 - 11:45 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th Grades sprint on track
11:45 - 12:00 Any remaining students needing pictures with Grandparents in Middle School Gym
